Featuring delicious food and stunning cocktails, this is not one to be missed.
Plant-based dining is the future of food.
Renowned US chef, restaurateur and global pioneer of plant-based cuisine, Matthew Kenney, launched his first Australian food concept, Alibi, at Small Luxury Hotels of The World’s Ovolo Hotels. Ovolo Woolloomooloo is a former wool warehouse turned boutique hotel in trendy Woolloomooloo Wharf, Sydney.
“The 60-seater is kicking off with a menu that includes kimchi dumplings with sesame and ginger foam, a fresh take on the simple Italian classic, Cacio e Pepe, reimagined with kelp noodles and crispy olives. There’s also a deconstructed tiramisu with frozen almond chantilly,” wrote goodfood.com.au
Matthew’s food philosophy is simple clean eating need never compromise on taste, and he’s a man true to his word. Alibi is the kind of place you always hoped for, but never dreamed you’d find. A unique concept underpinned by a bespoke cocktail repertoire and incredible plantbased food offerings.
