ASTON MARTIN DBS 770 ULTIMATE RAISES 750,000 SWISS FRANCS AT CHARITY AUCTION.

The very first hand built Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate has raised 750,000 CHF for charity, taking centre stage of a glittering auction at the Action Innocence Charity Gala in Gstaad, Switzerland.
Innocence in Danger is an international movement for the protection of children against all forms of violence, notably sexual violence. The movement consists of legally independent action groups and offices across many countries as well as partnerships with NGOs involved in the protection of children and teenagers against sexual abuse facilitated by online and digital media.
The first example of the highly desirable Coupe model was donated by Aston Martin Lagonda and became the star lot of the auction as it accelerated beyond estimates to support the auction’s proceeds, which totalled upwards of 4 million CHF and will benefit the Online Safety Foundation’s work in Switzerland.
Attendees at the prestigious philanthropic event included honorary president Penelope Cruz, master of ceremonies Elsa Zylberstein, actor Christophe Lambert and singer songwriter Mika, who delivered a special performance for the collective of VIP guests in attendance at Gstaad Airport.
Billed as a ferocious farewell to Aston Martin’s Super GT flagship, DBS 770 Ultimate is the most powerful production Aston Martin ever made. Built in strictly limited numbers, all examples of the highly desirable model were sold ahead of its release last month.
The special model sold at charity auction is in Aston Martin’s Ultramarine Black paint, with Trophy Silver livery touches and a Q by Aston Martin Cote d’Azure Blue interior.
