2018 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible MC – the latest Italian concept pioneered by the House of the Trident on the 2017 Concept Lawn at Pebble Beach.
The 2018 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible MC, designed by Pininfarina, will be displayed on the 2017 Concept Lawn at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance as the latest Italian concept pioneered by the House of the Trident.
Since it launched in 2007, the GranTurismo has been considered the ultimate expression of Maserati’s passion, technology and craftsmanship. Maserati relaunches the iconic model for 2018 with an elegant and aerodynamically efficient restyling, refined interiors and a state-of-the-art infotainment system. The Maserati Design Centre team in Turin approached the 2018 restyling by treating the legacy design with the utmost respect.
The car’s new “sharknose” hexagonal grille is inspired by the Alfieri Concept and adds a three-dimensional effect to its front view. The rear bumper has also been redesigned with an emphasis on the natural elegance of the GT coupé and convertible. Equipped with a naturally aspirated 4.7-liter V8 engine, hand-built by Ferrari in Maranello, the Maserati GranTurismo Convertible MC is capable of producing 454 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 384 ft-lb of torque at 4,750 rpm.
If you yearn for the excitement of the open road and the boundless sky above, the Maserati GranCabrio is for you.
