PRETTY IN PINK: 4TH VISIONF 80 LAUNCHED.
VisionF Yachts has launched the 4th and last hull in its successful 24.6-metre Vision F80 aluminium catamaran series before the model is superseded by the larger VisionF 82. Built for an international tech entrepreneur, the yacht is guaranteed to stand out from the crowd.
Whereas the 3rd hull was a special all-black edition, this time the client requested his yacht be painted a custom shade of pink.
In the world of luxury yachts, where opulence and innovation often take center stage, there occasionally emerges a vessel that defies convention and embraces individuality. The VisionF 80 “Pretty In Pink” is precisely such a yacht. This distinctive creation, built for an international tech entrepreneur, promises to captivate attention in its own distinctive way.
A Splash of Personality: A Custom Hue of Pink
As the fourth and final addition to VisionF Yachts’ highly successful Vision F80 aluminium catamaran series, “Pretty In Pink” enters the scene with flair. While the third hull of this series garnered attention with its sleek all-black design, the owner of this unique vessel opted for a bold and unconventional choice: a custom shade of pink.
Ali Tanir, General Manager of VisionF Yachts, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying, “I am very happy to take part even at the delivery stage of this project, she is unique in many ways.” This uniqueness stems not only from the eye-catching hull color but also from the meticulous design work contributed by Thurstan Design in London, whose attention to detail deserves special recognition.
Innovation Wrapped in Elegance
Despite its striking pink exterior, the Vision F80 “Pretty In Pink” retains the exceptional design features that have defined its predecessors in the all-aluminium catamaran series. These include:
Ample Main Deck Space: With a maximum beam of 9.7 meters, the yacht offers an expansive main salon spanning 54 square meters, both inside and out.
Luxurious Accommodation: Four guest suites designed to accommodate eight guests comfortably, along with room for a crew of five.
Sunlit Galley: A spacious, light-filled galley on the lower deck, catering to the culinary needs of the onboard guests.
Versatile Draft: With a draft of just 0.80 meters, the yacht is perfectly suited for cruising in shallow waters, expanding its range of potential destinations.
The interior of “Pretty In Pink” has been meticulously crafted to cater to the owner’s personal tastes. A blend of in-house furniture production by VisionF and pieces sourced from renowned designer labels such as Rove Concepts, Moro, Crate & Barrel, Kravet, Paola Lenti, and Farrow & Ball, the yacht exudes an air of sophistication and comfort.
Elevated Enjoyment: The Fly Bridge
One of the yacht’s standout features is the fly bridge, accessible from the aft deck and equipped with an exterior helm station. Beyond its functionality, this space serves as a versatile area for hosting parties, sunbathing, or simply savoring the sea views from the plush sunpads and weather-resistant fabric-clad seating.
The yacht’s design thoughtfully extends to the stern platform, which can be hydraulically lowered for effortless access to the water and raised to accommodate the Williams jet tender.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 1050 drives, the Vision F80 boasts a maximum speed of 18 knots and an impressive range of over 1,800 nautical miles, ensuring the ability to explore diverse destinations.
The VisionF 82 Series: A Glimpse into the Future
While “Pretty In Pink” marks the culmination of the Vision F80 series, VisionF Yachts already has its sights set on the future. Three units in the new VisionF 82 series are currently under construction, with plans for their launch in the winter of 2023/2024. These vessels promise to build upon the legacy of innovation and individuality exemplified by “Pretty In Pink.”
