Watches of Switzerland has become the official time partner of Glorious Goodwood race, the highlight of the summer sporting and social calendar.
Five days of racing culminate on Saturday 4 August with the traditional cavalry charge, now known as the Blue Square Stewards Cup, a 28-horse sprint won last year by Hoof It, ridden by Kieren Fallon.
Attracting some of the finest racing talent from around the world, Glorious Goodwood is also one of the most important gatherings on the social calendar, as renowned for serving Veuve Clicquot champagne and strawberries as it is for serving up high-stakes race action.
“This is a very exciting partnership for Watches of Switzerland and we are delighted to be the official time keeper at Glorious Goodwood,” explained Ruth Benford, marketing director of Watches of Switzerland.
“Both Goodwood and Watches of Switzerland have a prestigious brand appeal and this partnership will further strengthen the exposure of the Watches of Switzerland brand”.
