Bulgari Hotel, London
Following the same lines as the original Bulgari hotel in Milan, the 78-room London hotel which will be run by Ritz-Carlton is scheduled to open in April on the site of the former Normandie Hotel in Knightsbridge, overlooking Knightsbridge Green.

The Bulgari luxury hotel will feature 85  rooms and will also offer a restaurant, bar and spa. The Bulgari Hotel also includes six luxury apartments, a lounge, bar, a spirit room, a ballroom, private members club, business centre and meeting rooms – including a 50-seat screening room. The Bulgari Hotel joins a growing number of designer brands expanding into lifestyle hotels – Versace, Ferragamo, Christian Lacroix, Giorgio Armani, Moschino and Missoni to name a few.

Park Hyatt Chennai India – Opening Early 2012

Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto – opening August 2012
The 202-room Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto is being built in a new 65-storey tower on University Avenue at Adelaide Street, due to open in August 2012.  Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto, will occupy the first 17 floors of this development, which incorporates thehistoric “Bishops Block”- one of the oldest remaining buildings in Toronto.
One of the newest luxury hotels in Toronto, it will be Shangri-La‘s second property in Canada following the debut of the Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver in January, 2009 by the same development team.

In addition to the hotel property, luxury condominium residences will be located on the upper levels of the tower. The hotel will consist of 153 well-appointed guest rooms with a minimum size of 46 sqm / 500 sqft, featuring oversized bathrooms which will average 13 sqm / 150 sqft in size.  There will be 49 suites offering approximately 65 sqm / 700 sqft to 185 sqm / 2,000 sqft of living and entertaining space, all located to offer the best views of the city.

 

 

Thompson Belgraves, London
Located in London’s chic Belgravia neighborhood, the Belgraves is the first European property for Thompson Hotels, which opened its first hotel in New York, 60 Thompson, about 10 years ago.
The Belgraves hotel has 85 rooms and suites and bathrooms stocked with products from the luxury British line Penhaligon.

 

W Hotel Paris

SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills features The Bazaar and Tres restaurants by José Andrés, Ciel Spa, Altitude Pool and transcendent event and meeting spaces.

 

Palais Namaskar, Marrakech
Palais Namaskar is Oetker Collection’s second hotel outside Europe, following the announcement to open Le Bristol Abu Dhabi in 2013. The luxury hotel is located between the Atlas Mountains and the Djebilet Hills in Marrakech and is a 30-minute drive from Marrakech International Airport.

Niyama Maldives Resort – Due to open late February 2012

JW Marriott – 12 New Hotels by 2012
Marriott International’s luxury hotel brand, JW Marriott, plans to open 12 new properties by year-end 2012, bringing the total global portfolio to 64 hotels and resorts in 27 countries.

Opening in 2011 are properties in India (Bangalore and Chandigarh), Turkey (Ankara), and Azerbaijan (Baku). Opening in 2012 are properties in Maldives (Gaakoshibee), Peru (Cusco), UAE (Dubai Marquis), India (Gurgaon, Chennai, and New Delhi International Airport), Vietnam (Hanoi), and South Korea (Seoul Dongdaemun Plaza).

Sheraton Macao Hotel
Sheraton Macao Hotel is the largest hotel on the Cotai Strip, and Starwood’s largest hotel globally. The twin towers encompass seven restaurants and lounges, over 5,000 square meters of meeting space, two health clubs, a spa, and three outdoor swimming pools.

Adjacent to Hudson River Park, the New York City luxury hotel features 463 rooms starting at 430 sq. ft., more than 30,000 sq. ft. of adaptable meeting space.
