Celine Dion’s Florida mansion located in Jupiter Island was put on the market. The 5.7-acre massive home is sold “turnkey” for more than $72.5 million. The new owner will keep almost all the contents, including furniture, and will have Olivia Newton-John, Michael Jordan and Kid Rock as neighbours. As the Canadian born singer and her family now spend most of their time in Las Vegas, there is no need for a 10,000 sq. foot luxury house with exorbitant taxes. The impressive price tag is due to water park features, five buildings, 13 bedrooms, 3 pools, a beachfront and an all-white decor. The asking price, according to Montreal Realtor Joseph Montanaro, is “just about” what it cost to build up the property.
The luxury mansion also includes an eight-bedroom guesthouse, a master suite with a walk-in closet with an automated rack for clothing and an automated carousel for shoes, a tennis house with a simulated golf range, a pool house and a beach house with a sleeping loft and massage room.
