FENDI luxury house announced a new state-of-the-art project in the Middle East, proving that the real estate market in Dubai is again performing strongly, especially in the high-end sector. The luxury global brand will provide interior designs for DAMAC Properties, the largest private developer of luxury real estate in the Middle East. The two companies will partner on the interiors for exclusive private apartments in DAMAC Residenze in the Dubai Marina, intended for Singaporean investors.

The Dubai project is a perfect example of our poly-sensorial, three- dimensional approach to making beautiful things,” said FENDI Chairman and CEO Pietro Beccari.
DAMAC Residenze project is currently under construction and is set to be completed in 2016.
Each apartment will be fully designed by FENDI Casa. The reception and lobby areas will also be styled by the FENDI Casa team.
DAMAC Properties has completed 37 buildings to date with 7,817 units and spanning 13,945,299 sq feet. DAMAC Properties also has a further 65 buildings at various stages of progress across the Middle East, North Africa region. These consist of 11,998 units spanning over 23,000,000.00 sq feet, announced the company.
