The new luxury resort offers Michelin-starred dining experiences with estate-to-table Tuscan produce, as well as meaningful wellness therapies at COMO Shambhala Retreat.

The COMO Suite and COMO Terrace Suite offer the ultimate in Tuscan accommodation, with extensive living space, rare 18th-century frescoes, and panoramic views.
An atmospheric setting for fine wine and olive oil tastings
There are three dining venues at COMO Castello Del Nero, ranging from the Michelin-starred La Torre, to the casually informal La Taverna.
Michelin-starred La Torre is overseen by Executive Chef, Giovanni Luca Di Pirro. Ingredients are locally sourced and showcase inventive Italian cuisine at its finest. The 12th-century wine cellars at COMO Castello Del Nero are an atmospheric setting for fine wine and olive oil tastings. La Taverna is a relaxed and informal restaurant in the castle’s original twelfth-century kitchen, with an open fire and classic Italian dishes. Pavilion restaurant offers al fresco Mediterranean dining throughout the summer.
