Times may change, but spending quality family time in the hot tub never goes out of style. Jacuzzi, the brand that pioneered the world’s first whirlpool bathtub, announced the launch of the Linea bathtub.
Linea, Italian for “line”, exemplifies the principle of minimalistic design – exactly what the Linea skirted bathtub delivers with clean lines, sharp corner radii, a modern flat-front skirt, new SlimPro jets and a linear overflow drain feature. Furthermore, the Linea™ bath is available in four colors (white, oyster, almond, and black) and in Whirlpool, Pure Air® and Soaking experiences. The 60” x 32” x 19.5” size makes this a perfect upgrade to existing alcove baths where an updated look can transform the bathroom aesthetic into one that reflects modern-day design.
“Every aspect of this bathtub is minimalistic in nature,” says Mary Nichols, Director of Marketing for Jacuzzi Luxury Bath, “starting with the high-gloss acrylic design and the sleek linear overflow drain, and ending with the ultra low profile SlimPro™ jets of the Whirlpool model.” The new SlimPro jets complement the sleek look of the Linea bathtub while maintaining the unparalleled experience bathers have come to expect from a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath.

The three hydrotherapy experiences available with the Linea bathtub are tailored to the user’s needs. The Whirlpool bath gives bathers a therapeutic, invigorating massage through optimal air and water therapy originally invented by Jacuzzi. The Pure Air bath offers the caressing sensation of warmed air inside thousands of bubbles. Finally, the Soaking bath is ideal for sitting, stretching, reading and relaxing – providing a simple, tranquil pleasure.
“The design team left no stone unturned with the Linea bathtub. We wanted to make sure that this new model meets all of our customer requirements – a modern aesthetic being the most important one,” says Kristina Spindler, Channel Marketing Manager.
