The Ritz-Carlton, Naples reopens on July 6th, 2023, following an extensive renovation and expansion begun in 2021 that elevates the iconic resort’s guest experience to new heights. The legendary resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast will debut the Vanderbilt Tower which features an expansive new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge and more than seventy club-level guestrooms, along with a new resort lobby, and three new dining experiences. A major highlight of the renovation is the addition of the Vanderbilt Tower, the resort’s Club Level tower featuring upgraded appointments and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Avighna Group to develop two luxury residential towers in Mumbai
Avighna Group, Mumbai’s leading real estate developer, has announced the expansion of its residential portfolio with plans to develop two ultra-luxury residential towers in Worli. The two towers – a 17-storey tower and a 35-storey tower – will collectively have a saleable area of ∼2,00,000 square feet. The two projects will entail an investment outlay of Rs. 1,000 crore and the debt-free developer will fund both projects entirely through internal accruals, without seeking any external borrowings or institutional funding. Construction work on both projects has commenced in full swing.
Avighna Group, developers of Mumbai’s first cluster redevelopment project – the 4.5-million square feet Avighna Estate in Central Mumbai – have a reputation for delivering quality projects on time. The developer recently completed the 19-storey Grade-A office building Avighna House, a commercial project at Worli Naka.

Poker Night in America (PNIA), the flagship cash game television show produced by Rush Street Interactive, is raising the stakes for TV poker and the Las Vegas poker scene. After nine seasons of filming in some of America’s most prestigious card rooms, PNIA has set up shop in a 10,000-square foot private mansion in Las Vegas where the new ‘Studio 52’ will broadcast innovative gaming content beginning May 15th—with a little help from some friends.
PNIA has engaged a wide-ranging line-up of poker personalities to broadcast from Studio 52, from Lon McEachern—the voice of the World Series of Poker on ESPN for over 20 years—to YouTube sensation Joey Ingram. “Aceholes” duo Nikki Limo and Caitlin Comeskey will bring their brand of humor to the project, and cross paths with Jason Somerville of “Run It Up” fame, world-renowned poker player Phil Galfond, and coach Lexy Gavin-Mathers, who starred in season 9 of PNIA.
