This June 25–30, TEFAF, one of the world’s leading art fair, will open its doors to the 35th edition of the fair at the MECC in Maastricht, Netherlands, celebrating over 7,000 years of art, antiques, and design.
This edition of TEFAF will bring together 242 dealers in total from 20 countries, with 216 returning art dealers and 18 dealers exhibiting for the first time.
TEFAF Maastricht, the renowned international fair showcasing 7,000 years of art, antiques, and design, will once again open its doors for its 35th edition this year from Saturday, June 25 to Thursday, June 30 (invitation-only VIP entry on Friday, June 24 and until 2pm on Saturday, June 25).
A magnet for the international art market, TEFAF Maastricht brings together 242 of the finest dealers and galleries presenting works of peerless quality and historical merit to a global audience of private collectors, museum curators and directors, art market professionals and enthusiasts.
Traditionally held in March, TEFAF has moved its opening to June for the first time in its history.
The famous art fair will return to its regular timeslot and TEFAF Maastricht 2023 will run from Saturday 11 March – Sunday 19 March. For this year, TEFAF Maastricht leads a lineup of exceptional art fairs which will center the global art market firmly on Europe.
The 2022 lineup comprises 242 dealers in total from 20 countries, with 217 returning dealers, and 19 dealers exhibiting for the first time. Alongside this, TEFAF Showcase will welcome six recently established galleries into the TEFAF community for the first time – these are Bartha Contemporary (UK), Galerie Nicolas Bourriaud (France), Imperial Art (France), Galerie Mendes (France), Galerie Pauline Pavec (France), and Royal Provenance (France).
