Designed with a minimal construction footprint aimed at protecting the natural reserve, The St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya is suspended above a mangrove forest with the different elements of the hotel connected by elevated walkways. Guests of the resort are immediately transported into the magic of Kanai with a multi-story open air water installation leading into the main lobby. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the mangroves give way to lush gardens and an expansive outdoor lawn with direct access to 2 miles of undisturbed white sand beach.

Bellagio is revealing details surrounding the $110 million transformation of all rooms and suites within its luxurious Spa Tower, delivering contemporary accommodations inspired by the beauty and tranquility of Italy’s Lake Como.
Following the AAA Five Diamond resort’s recent remodel of more than 2,500 guest rooms in its main tower, the Spa Tower redesign, which encompasses 819 guest rooms and 104 suites, is slated for completion in October, with the first collection of rooms available for guest stays beginning in July.
Designed by New York City-based interior design atelier Champalimaud Design in partnership with MGM Resorts International Design Group, the Bellagio Spa Tower suites will feature sophisticated design elements, custom furnishings and art influenced by high Italian style and couture, while color palettes draw inspiration from the natural vibrancy of Lake Como and the Alps.

The hotel features an elegant concept using natural materials and a neutral color palette to ensure a relaxing environment. The hotel has collaborated with the Spanish Academy of Perfume to create a fully holistic wellness experience that stimulates the senses. Guests are welcomed with traditional violet or rosemary-scented tea, and choose from one of five scents to be placed in their wardrobe. The hotel’s restaurant, QU, offers a dining and cocktail concept that elevates and reinvents local flavor using ingredients grown in the JW Garden and sourced from local providers.

For those keen to continue their scent journey, there are olfactory workshops in partnership with the Academy which offer exclusive opportunities for guests to learn more about the city and their scent preferences.
Partnering with renowned, Michelin-star chef Mario Sandoval, the property has crafted a dining and cocktail concept that elevates and subtly reinvents local flavor. Using ingredients grown in the JW Garden and sourced from local providers, ‘QU’ offers the ultimate expression in refined Spanish flavor.
