The Pocket Watch Tourbillon GMT Ceramica PAM 446
The metamorphosis idea was a favorite one at this year Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH 2013) in Geneva.
Officine Panerai (founded in 1860 in Florence, cradle of the Renaissance) released Tourbillon GMT Ceramica PAM 446, its first
pocket watch, a timepiece that can also be transformed into a table clock by using a special support.
Powered by Panerai’s hand-wound Caliber P.2005/S, this watch with skeletonized tourbillon movement has a 59-mm Radiomir case
made of zirconium oxide ceramic, and a chain inspired by the nautical chain reminding the Panerai’s deep-rooted links with the
world of the sea. Limited to only 50 units, Panerai Pocket Watch Tourbillon GMT Ceramica is water-resistant and guaranteed to
a pressure of of 3 atmospheres (30 metres).
A Luminor Submersible 1950 2500m 3 days Automatic Titanio, a Luminor Submersible 1950 3 days Automatic Bronzo, a Luminor Submersible 1950 3 days Automatic Ceramica were also introduced by Panerai at 2013 SIHH.
