Paul & Shark x Italian Basketball Star Danilo Gallinari

 

 

Italian luxury sportswear brand Paul & Shark announces its partnership with Professional Basketball Player, Danilo Gallinari. Gallinari is one of the most prominent Italian players in the sport’s history. Paul&Shark brand is heavily involved in sports across the world. Danilo Gallinari joins Italian National Soccer team Head Coach Roberto Mancini and Formula 1 Driver Antonio Giovinazzi as official brand ambassadors for Paul & Shark.

A 13-year pro, the partnership comes on the heels of one of Danilo’s best seasons to date, taking the Atlanta Hawks to the Eastern Division Finals and captaining the Italian basketball team at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. Paul & Shark and Gallinari have also been longtime champions of sustainability and are excited to continue to support these causes through the partnership.

Paul&Shark also announced the release of the new Fall Winter 2021 jacket: Typhoon Lunar, created to celebrate Nasa recent discovery of water on the moon. Typhoon is a unique technical fabric capable of withstanding wind and resistant up to 20.000 columns of water. The perfect combination of performance and protection.

Paul&Shark sustainable project is made of different pillars. One of the most important is ECO WOOL, a yarn made of recycled wool from post consumption garments and/or production waste. By using ECO WOOL for knitting its sweaters, Paul&Shark will reduce CO2 emissions from 9kg to 0.5 kg for 1Kg of wool.
