What do the rich do in their spare time except count their money and admire their bank accounts? No, only in cartoons Scrooge McDuck dives into the golden mountain, but in fact the billionaires are people too, and nothing human is alien to them. Some of them play chess or ukulele, others try hitting the jackpot at Tony Bet, and some of them work part-time as DJs in clubs. Keep reading to find out if you also have a billionaire hobby.

Larry Page

The cofounder of Google is into all sorts of futuristic stuff and may be pursuing his childhood dreams: building flying electric cars, for example. Besides developing these new startups of his, Larry is into roller hockey, a rather unusual sport that the billionaire has been involved in for years.

Sergey Brin

Larry Page’s friend and co-founder of Google is into extreme sports. He pushes his body to its limits and, to some extent, tests its strength. Skydiving, roller hockey, eating outdoors – Brin is interested in everything. They say he loves fitness so much that he allows himself to roller-skate around the office, do yoga during meetings, or walk on his hands for fun.

Elon Musk

The founder of Tesla and SpaceX admits that sports isn’t his serious hobby and goes to the gym about twice a week. The billionaire has another hobby: Elon is a collector and collects things and props from the filming of James Bond movies. For example, he bought a Lotus Esprit, which was a prop from “The Spy Who Loved Me,” easily transforming into a submarine during the course of the plot.

Jeff Bezos

One of the richest men in the world can generally afford a hobby of any taste, but he has chosen a fantastic option: searching for sunken missiles and preparing a message for future generations. Bezos uses special deep-sea techniques to search the ocean for various parts of sunken NASA spacecraft, and he builds giant clocks in Texas, for which he hollowed out large hollows in the mountains. Jeff assumes they will run for 10,000 years without stopping and will be seen by our descendants.

Donald Trump

The businessman, billionaire and former US president is fond of the most common and respectable sports hobby among the rich – golf. This isn’t surprising because the atmosphere of the game of golf allows business negotiations in an informal atmosphere.

Warren Buffett

A legendary investor and a big fan of philanthropy has an interesting hobby – playing the ukulele. Buffet skillfully combines charity with music making – for example, he played and sang together with the famous musician Jon Bon Jovi at the Forbes’ charity event. It’s rumored that Buffet rarely parts with his ukulele and can bring it even to meetings, and gives free lessons at children’s clubs in Omaha.

David Solomon

The banker and CEO of the Goldman Sachs investment bank is passionate about music and even works part-time as a DJ at top clubs under the name DJ D-Sol. David claims that his hobby helps him be a more open-minded person, and especially closer to the zoomer generation.

Steve Wozniak

The co-founder of Apple is fond of segway polo. By the way, one of the international tournaments in this sport, the Woz Challenge Cup, is named after Steve. The millionaire admits that segway polo is something he will always find time for in his calendar.

Ray Dalio

The billionaire and founder of Bridgewater Associates has something of an ethereal hobby: Dalio began practicing transcendental meditation in 1969 after seeing members of the Beatles engage in a similar practice. Since then, he has not only stayed with his hobby, but has also introduced this meditation to his employees and colleagues on Wall Street. Incidentally, Dalio attributes his financial success to his daily meditation.

Mark Zuckerberg

The founder of Meta has many hobbies. Mark says he goes jogging at least three times a week and also learns Chinese for an hour a day. But the billionaire’s even more extravagant hobby is hunting wild boars with a bow and arrow. Since Mark doesn’t have time to hunt often, and he doesn’t like meat from the supermarket, he has to make do with a mostly vegetarian menu.
