Recently, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company embarked on an artistic journey to celebrate their ongoing partnership with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team through a captivating series of travel posters. Created by the renowned artist, Louis-Nicolas Darbon, these posters not only encapsulate the spirit of travel but also embody the brand’s commitment to social responsibility.
As part of The Ritz-Carlton’s philanthropic endeavor, all proceeds from the sale of these exquisite travel posters will be donated to the Sutton Trust, a distinguished organization that champions social mobility. The Ritz-Carlton’s Community Footprints program, driven by the principles of engagement, contribution, and inspiration, is dedicated to making a positive impact on child well-being, hunger, and poverty relief. By choosing Sutton Trust as the beneficiary of this initiative, The Ritz-Carlton reaffirms its commitment to uplifting and empowering the less privileged.
Jenni Benzaquen, Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader of The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis, reflected on the brand’s legacy of giving back, stating, “As we continue to expand our relationship with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, we are proud to support their partner, Sutton Trust, and its commitment to championing social mobility.” This collaboration not only deepens the partnership between The Ritz-Carlton and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team but also underscores their shared dedication to creating positive change in the world.
Louis-Nicolas Darbon, the artist partner for The Ritz-Carlton brand, has brought his unparalleled talent to the forefront, creating a series of seven canvas travel posters, each of which captures the essence of iconic cities from the 2022 Formula 1 season. These stunning posters depict the spirit of Miami, Montreal, Mexico City, Melbourne, Budapest, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi, inviting viewers to embark on a visual journey around the world. Each poster is available in two distinct formats: as an original canvas measuring 90 cm x 120 cm and signed by the legendary figures of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team—Toto Wolff, Sir Lewis Hamilton, and George Russell—and as a limited edition print sized at 76 cm x 101 cm. Only ten prints will be available for each of these travel posters. The original canvas paintings are priced at $13,000 each, while the limited edition prints are available for $3,000 each.
Adding to the allure of this collection, the series includes two portraits of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team’s esteemed drivers: Sir Lewis Hamilton and George Russell. These portraits, each personally signed by the respective driver, offer fans a unique opportunity to own a piece of Formula 1 history. The signed portraits are available for purchase at $25,000.
