Saffire Residences by Elie Saab: South America’s First Branded Haven

Fashion mogul Elie Saab and Lavvi unveiled the SAFFIRE Residences in Moema, Sao Paulo, marking the first branded residences in South America. 

The project boasts of an incomparable housing experience, offering a premium residential development inspired by the concept of elegance and exceptional craftsmanship. The residences, located in one of Sao Paulo’s most exclusive areas, blend seamlessly with the Brazilian flora. The SAFFIRE Residences by ELIE SAAB are built on an area of 7,500 m2, featuring lush vegetation and terraces offering breathtaking panoramic views.

The spacious units are divided into apartments of 360 m2 or 493 m2 each, including four exclusive penthouses of 650 m2 and 862 m2 featuring private parking lots.
