Luxury retailer Saks Fifth Avenue unveiled its Spring 2015 Magalog, a modern continuation of its traditional catalog. 2015 Magalog is the largest spring issue in Saks Fifth Avenue’s 90 year history.
“The Magalog has that wow factor with strong editorial content, the best runway trends, and designer and artist features … it is the modern day catalog.”
“Differentiation is key. To stand out in our industry, one must create assets with wow factors,” said Mark Briggs, Chief Marketing and Creative Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue. “The Magalog has that wow factor with strong editorial content, the best runway trends, and designer and artist features … it is the modern day catalog.”
Consisting of 240 pages, the Magalog contains exclusive stories from renowned industry influencers. The book opens with Word on the Avenue, an editorial update on what’s new and notable in the fashion world. The launch of Giamba – Giambattista Valli’s youthful new collection available exclusively at Saks – is one of the many exciting stories contained within the spring issue. Additional Word on the Avenue stories feature designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, designer Dee Ocleppo, photographer Karl-Edwin Guerre, artist Langley Fox, and designer Norma Kamali, among others.
The Spring 2015 Magalog highlights the most captivating trends from the spring runways, including ‘70s revival, fantasy fabrics, and athleisure. These big-idea themes define the spring 2015 fashion season.
