Terrace with a new dining concept and stylish ambience. Launching with a special Dom Pérignon partnership to
celebrate throughout the holidays, the newly designed space features a chic and covered layout for guests to enjoy
the unique alfresco setting all year round.
Located mere steps away from the city’s most famous sights, On The Terrace presents a magical setting for locals
and Hotel guests alike to get cosy while soaking up the exciting atmosphere of London, and sip Champagne under
the stars.
Guests can enjoy a Dom Pérignon pairing menu, featuring items such as oscietra caviar and Carlingford rock
oyster, and select Dom Pérignon offerings by the glass available exclusively at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park
Lane.
For a winter warming dining experience, guests can tuck into new dishes from the specially curated On The Terrace
dining menu by Executive Chef Henry Brosi. The new menu offers classic dishes perfect for the holiday season,
including a truffle menu and delicious starters such as taleggio cheese croquettes with spiced cranberry compote,
and indulgent main courses on the new “From The Grill” offering. Options include a hearty wagyu burger with truffle
mayonnaise, spatchcock poussin, and Scottish lobster.
Created by Bar Manager Ivan Arena, guests can additionally enjoy two new speciality cocktails inspired by the
season: Park Lane Party finished with a playful flavour-infused bubble, and Naughty & Nice made with cognac,
served with marshmallows and dipping chocolate.
