A new Leica on Loan program launched by Exclusive Resorts provides the opportunity for luxury chain guests to use a Leica camera or sport optic while on vacation.
Travelers can select from nearly the full line of Leica equipment including the compact, WIFI enabled Leica C or the much sought after Leica M and have items shipped to their home prior to departure on a vacation. Upon their return, guests ship back the borrowed gear and may opt to purchase a new version of the camera or sport optic.
The new Leica on Loan program is designed to complement Exclusive Resorts‘ existing Destinations in Focus series with Leica, marrying the worlds of luxury travel and
photographic education through experiential escapes in Costa Rica, Mexico, Arizona, Montana and the Mediterranean. On the Destinations in Focus experiences travelers enjoy privileged access to Leica Akademie‘s team of instructors and over $100,000 worth of Leica equipment on a series of carefully curated getaways in the Club’s most sought-after and private locales.
In addition to the benefits of small class sizes and real world shooting situations, each participant enjoys access to experienced Leica instructors as well as a selection of guest photographers who provide coaching and inspiration through the sharing of their images, techniques and insights.
