Valentine’s Day package rumoured to be the most expensive in the world this year
This Valentine’s Day a luxury Abu Dhabi hotel created its own version of “experience the finer things in life, where money is no issue and true love is the priority.”
Arguably Abu Dhabi’s most luxurious and romantic destination, the five-star Shangri-La hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi has launched an exclusive package for Valentine’s Day – rumoured to be the most expensive in the world this year – that is the very definition of opulence.
With a value of AED 400,000/ $108,900 USD guests are first of all escorted to a private limousine – collected from anywhere in the city. Upon arrival at the hotel, the couple are checked-in to an exquisitely decorated Presidential Suite – including fresh flowers, premium gourmet chocolates and the finest vintage champagne on ice.
In anticipation of an evening of sheer indulgence, the couple can make a visit to the hotel’s spa. The menu of pampering treatments includes the ‘Indulgence of time’ – an exfoliating and cleansing caviar facial.
A private table for dinner on the rooftop of the 5 star property then awaits – with a seven course set menu accompanied by a selection of specially chosen vintage wines and bubbles.
Whilst savouring a variety of personally customised dishes, guests are entertained courtesy of their very own magician and private musician. Once dessert has been taken, the happy couple will also exchange gifts, with an array of luxury watches and couture pieces handpicked by a personal shopper.
Central to the unique evening is a nighttime helicopter ride – and the rare opportunity to see Abu Dhabi from on high in all its glory.
Hong Kong-based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts currently owns and/or manages nearly 90 hotels under the Shangri-La brand with a room inventory of over 37,000.
